The Wing Snob Story

Wing Snob was born in Warren, Michigan, when founder Marcus Delray got tired of settling for mediocre wings. In 2018, armed with a family recipe, a bold vision, and an obsession with flavor, he opened the first Wing Snob kitchen with a simple promise: every wing would be made with real ingredients, cooked to order, and sauced with intention.

What began as a single location on Van Dyke Ave quickly became a destination. Word spread fast — the wingsnob experience wasn't just food, it was a statement. Today we serve thousands of loyal guests across the United States, maintaining the same obsessive quality that started it all.

Marcus Delray opens the original Wing Snob location on Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI. The menu has just 8 sauces and sells out in the first week.

2019
Sauce Lab Launches

Wing Snob expands its in-house sauce development program, growing to 20 signature flavors including the legendary Ghost Reaper and Honey Gold recipes.

Community Through Crisis

During the pandemic, Wing Snob pivots to contactless delivery and donates over 3,000 meals to healthcare workers across Warren and Detroit. The community rallies back in support.
